This LawFare article is very informative and gets you thinking about different criminal possibilities for Cohen and Trump.

Locke defines tyranny as "the exercise of power beyond right." A just leader is bound by the laws of the legislative and works for the people, whereas a tyrant breaks the laws and acts on his own behalf

Thanks for Lawfare article.  An interesting point from the article is the following:  Trump said he knew nothing about Cohen's payment of $130,000 to Stormy Daniels.  (Of course he lies all the time.)  But if he was telling the truth on that matter he did not have a valid attorney-client privilege since he was not aware of actions taken by Cohen, therefore no protected attorney-client process had preceded the payoff of hush money.  The probable cause justification for the raid on Cohen was surely based upon the exception that allows for acquiring the data related to criminal activity to override attorney-client privilege.

And this article that was posted to thetrumpimpeachment from the Daily Kos on April 4, outlines some areas that Cohen possibly ran afoul of the law. I think Cohen's goose is not only cooked, but it's starting to burn!

Yes, Cohen's goose is probably cooked.  Disbarment maybe?  Apart from that however are the questions:  (1) Will the data obtained in the raid provide evidence leading to indictments of Trump or his associates, or provide further detail on the interference by or collusion with the Russians?  and (2) Is Mueller thinking of "flipping" Cohen to get a plea bargain that would require Cohen to reveal all that he knows, and testify in Court under oath, on all matters related to Trump and Trump associates?
