The "rule of thumb" was supposed to be 14 consecutive days with no new cases of COVID-19 and no new deaths. Nobody seems to be paying attention to this. Yes, the economy is bad and people need to go back to work, have social contact, etc.-but it is already spreading in states that have reopened-and in this case we could be in for another and possibly longer shut down. Makes no sense to me. Thoughts?  Links?
